Character Death Repercussions

If your character has died seven times, you must make a thread for them here. This will be your death count thread. You're free to have your character die as much as you like within the Tower, but there will be different effects stacked on top of the hour of sleep paralysis (this will always happen no matter how many more deaths you get, but it will never rise above an hour). Upon making a thread for your character, reply to it informing us you're on your seventh death. We will reply back with the effects that will happen. Reply to your thread every time your character dies, as the effects will change bit by bit over time.

If your character has died fourteen times, you will continue posting to the thread as usual, but be aware they will begin suffering permanent side effects. These side effects will generally be related to the loss of memories. They will start out minor but will get more severe as deaths increase.

On March 16th Nesir dies for the 7th time (except it might be the eighth depending on how her fight with Enoch goes)

Half asleep, Nesir will feel as if she's been hollowed out. It's not painful but it is a very odd feeling.

She will then black out and awake with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual.

Okay actually Nesir's death was on March 15th by Enoch and then she died the next day again

So she has died 8 times as of the 16th March

Half asleep, Nesir will feel as if she's been hollowed out. In fact, she'll feel far lighter than she should be. She can't quite move, but it's a bit painful regardless.

She will then black out and wake up with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her left arm will be numb for ten minutes after sleep paralysis subsides as if she'd slept on it.

Due to her rumour event shenanigans she dies a 9th time.

Half asleep, Nesir will be able to open her eyes and see that she has in fact been hollowed out--her chest cavity is completely empty. She cannot move otherwise, and it's extremely painful.

She will then black out and awaken with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her arms will be numb as if she had slept on them for twenty minutes after sleep paralysis subsides.

On the 9th June she is killed by monsters this is her tenth death

Half asleep, Nesir will be able to see that her chest cavity has been hollowed out except for a glowing point of light. It's painful and disorienting to look directly at it.

She will then black out and awaken with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her arms and left leg will be numb as if she had slept on them for thirty minutes after sleep paralysis subsides.

On the 14th June she dies for the eleventh time in her fight with Sephiroth

Half asleep, Nesir will be able to see her soul within her hollowed out chest cavity. Looking at it is disorienting, and she will realize she isn't entirely reconnected to her body yet.

She will then black out and awaken with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her arms and legs will be numb as if she had slept on them for forty minutes after sleep paralysis subsides.

On the 13th August Evatrice kills Nesir, this is her 12th death, except I am not sure if she dies in the infiltration yet, in which case it will be her 13th

More awake than asleep, Nesir will be able to see her soul within her hollowed out chest cavity. Looking at it is disorienting, and she isn't entirely connected to her body yet, but she can move a little--not enough to really be noticed, however.

She will then black out and awaken with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her body will be numb as if she had slept on them for fifty minutes after sleep paralysis subsides.

From here on out your character may suffer increasingly serious permanent side effects.

On the 17th Nesir dies because of her shadows, this will be her 13th (or 14th depending on infiltration) death

Nesir will be fully conscious and able to see her soul within her hollowed out chest cavity. Looking at it is disorienting, and she isn't entirely connected to her body, but she is able to move and make noise. If she makes noise, a retrieval unit will inject her with a syringe and she will fall unconscious again.

She will then black out and awaken with an hour of sleep paralysis as usual. Her body will be numb as if she had slept on them for an hour after sleep paralysis subsides.

Nesir will have lost a minor but noticeable memory--something like her room number or where a certain floor is. While she will be able to learn this again, it will work as if she was forming a new memory of something she never knew before, even though she'll be sure she should already know it.

Okay so just for clarification She died in the infiltration (12th time), by Beatrice (13th) and then shadows (14th) and the memory loss was the 14th one right?

Nesir will have lost a moderate, noticeable memory regarding the Tower--how collar inspections work, what order the administrators take control of the Tower, or something like that. While she will be able to learn this again, it will work as if she was forming a new memory of something she never knew before, even though she'll be sure she should already know it.
