Suggestion/Request Box

If your character would like to make a suggestion about the Tower or request an (able to fit in the Tower) object, they can do so here via filling out the correct form. Note that the Tower may not grant all requests, and it may not interpret requests correctly. There is a note on the suggestion box that says "no more than five requests per month". The characters are free to disregard this and place as many notes in the box as they wish, but only the first five will be considered.

Note that currently there is only a 1 in 4 chance you will receive an item from the suggestion box, although the characters do not know this.

The suggestion box requests are answered on the first of every month.

Feedback: I know that you aren't all bad. I know that. So I wanted to say thank you, for trying your best.

But I'd like to make a small request: is there a way to check, during a collar checkup, or something, on...well, I took a rather nasty hit from a monster during Ruana's game. I think I'm okay, but is there a safe way for that to be checked on? I'd like to know for sure.

Yukiko receives the following note on August 1st:

Injuries tend to remain unless healed--if someone healed the injury, you should be fine. Being placed in a new body resets everything, of course, so if you've "died" between then and now, you're most certainly fine.
