Suggestion/Request Box

If your character would like to make a suggestion about the Tower or request an (able to fit in the Tower) object, they can do so here via filling out the correct form. Note that the Tower may not grant all requests, and it may not interpret requests correctly. There is a note on the suggestion box that says "no more than five requests per month". The characters are free to disregard this and place as many notes in the box as they wish, but only the first five will be considered.

Note that currently there is only a 1 in 4 chance you will receive an item from the suggestion box, although the characters do not know this.

The suggestion box requests are answered on the first of every month.

Request: Thank you for reviving me this month; the circumstances of one of my 'deaths' can't have made that convenient for you. If such assistance is required again, however, may I please be permitted to remain conscious during the process? If this would be an inconvenience, I would be grateful if you were to instead provide a technical explanation regarding my current metaphysical state. As my kind do not ordinarily possess body/soul duality, I have found recent revelations rather discomfiting and would appreciate further information.
