IC Suggestion/Request Box
If your character would like to make a suggestion about the Tower or request an (able to fit in the Tower) object, they can do so here via filling out the correct form. Note that the Tower may not grant all requests, and it may not interpret requests correctly. There is a note on the suggestion box that says "no more than five requests per month". The characters are free to disregard this and place as many notes in the box as they wish, but only the first five will be considered.
Note that currently there is only a 1 in 4 chance you will receive an item from the suggestion box, although the characters do not know this.
The suggestion box requests are answered on the first of every month.

Suggestion: Jason - we spoke some time ago about the phantoms, and though I don't doubt you by now realize what they are, I'm certain they must be the entwined souls of those Zo tried to bring from our worlds. Because it seems that you are able to take some measure of a soul, could you perhaps measure the phantom's response to someone a soul in its mass knows? I think they must react to us, and the fact that they attempt to drain our collars means they must seek stability and freedom from their fate.
Therefore, I propose and volunteer for an experiment, one in which we attempt to draw out an individual soul from within the phantom. Could some combination of myself, the appropriate color of your stabilizing substance, through my collar if need be, and further intervention from Zo perhaps rescue someone from within? I admit I cannot go into more detail for not knowing the tools you have at hand and what they can do, but you do know them, and you should have a better idea of how feasible this is.
If you decide to include residents other than myself, could you possibly ask for volunteers? It does not seem as if random selection will be necessary as phantoms behave in the same way towards all of us.

I performed such an experiment once. Ask Feferi about what happened when I tried to bring another Feferi for one of the other trolls who was there at the time.
