Suggestion/Request Box

If your character would like to make a suggestion about the Tower or request an (able to fit in the Tower) object, they can do so here via filling out the correct form. Note that the Tower may not grant all requests, and it may not interpret requests correctly. There is a note on the suggestion box that says "no more than five requests per month". The characters are free to disregard this and place as many notes in the box as they wish, but only the first five will be considered.

Note that currently there is only a 1 in 4 chance you will receive an item from the suggestion box, although the characters do not know this.

The suggestion box requests are answered on the first of every month.

Feedback: The countdown on the terminals tells me this will be the final cycle, so I suppose I should begin to say my goodbyes while there is still power to make this glamour readable.

In truth, however, I do not know how I should begin, Ruana, save one thing: I understand. I pity you.

In my time here, I have come to understand part of why you act the way you do. As another immortal human many times your junior, I cannot imagine the entirety of its extent. You must be so tired.

I have learned from you that some forms of madness cannot be understood without having a taste of it first. I have learned from you that it is possible to begin to descend into madness and still hold on to oneself.

I can only hope that from all of this, you have learned something as well. I hope that someday, you will be able to play real games, and enjoy the company of others without hurting them. I hope that someday you will understand what it is to respect a person, and this will allow you to find the love that you so seemed to adore last year.

May some other world take you away from here as Meridian took me from mine, so that you may recover, and perhaps rest, as I was able to rest for a time in Meridian.

I cannot say I am grateful, but if you have learned even one thing, if you have grown even a little, I cannot say I regret, either.

I cannot extend forgiveness, but I do extend sympathies and hope for the future. In case this is the last time I am able to say anything to you: Farewell, Ruana. May the future find us both of sounder mind than this.

Feedback: It's the last cycle, and so we may never see one another again. It is with heaviest heart that I say my goodbyes to you, in case we do not meet again. Zo, you have been such a joy to live with. You've always done your best for us, and you've been admirable in following in the footsteps of a great man. You have always been concerned with our happiness above all else, and have protected us even if we may not have deserved it from where you stand.

But I worry that something may have happened to Ruana, that she may be behaving differently, and that she may be saying and doing things which are hurtful to you. It may be in part because of something we have done, and it may not. Whatever its cause, I am deeply sorry should it be true. Should you need protection or reassurance, or simply a presence of comfort, I will do my best to provide. It is all I can do for one such as you.

You are very brave. You have gone through many hardships and doubtless had many difficult revelations in all your efforts to keep us safe. That you still look after us as you do is more significant than I think we ever knew before.

Attached are gifts for you. The necklace is from me. I've only been able to give you gifts of film, but the hope and the happiness you brought us were very real. Now, I want to be able to give you something real in return. I hope you can find comfort in it, when it remains unchanged no matter the tower's condition. May it remind you of your great strength even if ours fails us. The toy is from Lucifel. It will respond to your voice by dancing. He told me he summoned one of these for me once. I don't remember if I found any joy in it, but I hope that you can.

Thank you for the presents. They're really nice, and I don't get to see real things much, so that makes it even better! I'm definitely going to keep helping everyone. I want everyone to be happy wherever they want to be, so I'm going to try to do that!

Ruana is acting pretty different. I mean, even besides her looking a lot littler. There used to be a sleeping Ruana and a waking up Ruana but I think they're the same thing now.

I haven't seen Riki since January, so I'm not sure where he is. He SHOULD be in charge next month, but I'm not sure since Jason [there are a lot of things scribbled out here, illegible].

Be careful, okay?

Attached are two crystals, perfectly clear. When carried, monsters will be more reluctant to approach, although the stronger monsters eventually will attack, and it will not work in pitch darkness.

Enoch will find that Aria both wears the necklace and uses the glasses case.

I am not entirely certain what kind of havoc the recent unpleasantness might play with your rotations, so I'll see if I can get away with addressing this to both of you.

Riki, Zo--There is no way I would claim to understand Ruana's thoughts, motives, or really anything about her at all. So it follows logically that I can not begin to imagine or even guess wildly at how events may play out from now until the end. Truly, I wish that I could for your sake as much as our own. While I regret that not all of my fellow inhabitants may share my outlook, I have no desire to make either of you into enemies without reason. And in the time that I have been here, I have seen no concrete evidence that you two are our enemies.

Ruana, as I said before, I do not understand. Unlike what I assume is common opinion, I hesitate to call her an 'enemy' in the strictest sense. While her actions are reprehensible--surely even either of you can see she's crossed more than one line--I wonder if her morality is so skewed as to simply be unaware of how reprehensible.

Forgive me for speculating. What I am driving at is this: while I don't speak for the majority, I have no desire for further unnecessary deaths. Least of all when I hold some faint hope that one or both of you could be potential allies or at least not openly hostile towards us. While I recognize this is at best impossible and at worst selfish desperation on my part, I would like the chance to discuss matters directly with either one or both of you through whatever medium you find most appropriate.

Naturally I would be unsurprised if you ignored this entirely. If this should go unanswered, that's fine with me. If that is the case, I only ask that you take from this letter the fact that not everyone is against you. A mentality of 'us or them' will benefit no one, yourselves included.

Hi, this is Zo! I haven't seen Riki around since January so I can't show him the note, but if I do find him I will! Ruana has been acting real weird--really dangerous. I know you guys ALWAYS think she's dangerous and I understand that now but this is different, so you have to be really careful.

I want to help all of you. I'm going to do what I can, I'm just not sure what I should do or can do yet. I used to talk to Ruana about everything 'cause she was nice to me, and she still is, but it's different now and I can't talk to her about this stuff.

If you want, you can go to Aria and she can give me messages or let you talk to me! I can't talk to you until after I finish bringing people in but after that I can!

Be careful and don't do anything too dangerous!

So here it is, the final cycle. For some reason, I feel it is likely we will meet again after you read this, but by the time our last meeting comes, I do not know if I will be able to show this to you.

I admit, when I first heard of you, I did not know what to think. You were an enigma to all of us - silent, not malicious, but neither benevolent. Whether or not it was Dax's cause which drew you to be more open with us, I thank you for doing so. I thank you for your graciousness, and for what you have done to help us when we were trapped.

Thank you for everything, for your skill in the glamour, for the shelter - so far as the shelter not actively trying to kill us - and for all your efforts. I can hardly put all my gratitude to words, so I've included a present for you. I may have more gifts for you before all this is over. How could I give them to you, since we have so little time left?

In case my intuition is wrong about being able to meet you again before our time here ends, I want to say I will miss you, and I hope we can meet again, in better circumstances.
